Etch Process

Thermal Process

  1. RTA/RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing/Anneal)
  2. Diffusion / Annealing

精於硬脆晶體材料如藍寶石、陶瓷的生長及加工，能生長並加工高品質低單價的各種材料及應用產品。同時也精於各項光學接合、導熱膠接合、擴散接合、硬焊接合等技術，能接合不規則外形的藍寶石等不易加工材料或超高真空導電件應用的硬焊或擴散接合組件。
